Hilton Head can be very expensive and tends to draw a little older crowd or families. If you like to golf and can afford it, I would say Hilton Head. Panama City Beach is a ghost town outside of Spring Break season.
I’d go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, or if you have the time, Key West.
